Artists Leon Rainbow and Lori Johansson will showcase the mural at the YA room. There will be light refreshments and tours of the library. The reel of the time-lapse video for the creation of the mural will be played. Note: This is a special event . Regular library services will not be provided during the event.

The Friends of Trenton Free Public Library is collaborating with Building Better Communities and Elements of the Community, Inc. to provide the Trenton community with access to the Emergency Broadband Benefit, a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program. The temporary benefit will help lower the cost of broadband service for eligible households during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. On Wednesday, from 2:15 pm – 4:30 pm, staff from the two community partners will be at the library to help patrons apply for the tablets with Free WIFI. Eligible patrons or households will receive the tablet onsite. A one-time $20 activation fee will be required. Trenton area writer and arts organizer Dan Aubrey presents a fun and informative talk that explores the life and times of the Delaware River Islands in Trenton's borders, including Rotary Island's long history from farm to health camp for Trenton young. Free and open to the public in the Community Room (masks required).
