Trenton Health Team will provide information on the New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection (NJCEED) Program and conduct Social determinants of health (SDOH) screening and Biometric screenings (height, weight, bp) for residents. THT will also be providing information on Project Dulce, a five-week diabetes management class that’s available in English and Spanish.
